$5 - $1,500 (or equivalent value in auction/raffle prize donation)
An opportunity for micro businesses to partner with us by providing cash donations or auction/raffle prizes for our events.
Your brand will be displayed on select event materials, ensuring visibility to all attendees, and in post-event recognition posts via Whitby Collegiate’s official social media channels and school newsletter.
$2,500 per annum
Your brand will be displayed with foundational visibility (4th tier prominence), including placement on the school’s website and social media appreciation. This tier offers event-based brand exposure through materials, on-screen acknowledgements, and post-event recognitions, with additional opportunities for extending visibility through fundraising contributions.
$5,000 per annum
Your brand will receive notable visibility (3rd tier prominence) through various digital and physical channels, including the school’s website, social media, and newsletter. This tier also includes special event acknowledgements and opportunities to extend brand reach through additional visibility options at events.
$10,000 per annum
This tier offers enhanced brand exposure (2nd tier prominence), featuring more prominent digital presence and additional promotional opportunities at school events. It includes higher-level acknowledgements and special visibility options, along with more substantial engagement at key events and functions.
$20,000 per annum
Enjoy premier brand recognition (1st tier prominence) with extensive digital and event-based visibility. This tier includes top-tier acknowledgements, exclusive naming rights for major events, and the highest level of exposure and engagement opportunities. It ensures maximum reach and brand integration across all promotional platforms.

Be directly associated with making a lifelong difference for a specific student.
Have the scholarship named after you/your family/in memoriam.
Be an anonymous donor, if preferred.
Potentially create a new scholarship theme (e.g. in a particular subject, performing art, sport etc.).
Receive regular updates on the student’s journey throughout the term of the scholarship.
Attend Whitby Collegiate networking events.
Be acknowledged in Foundation Partner appreciation posts via Whitby Collegiate’s official social media channels and school newsletter, periodically during the school year.

$500 & above for 1 or more years
A bursary may be granted to families who, due to personal circumstances, cannot afford the full school fees.
A bursary may be awarded to either current or new students for a set period of time, at the school’s discretion.
Your contribution will be added to our Bursary Fund, for allocation to the school expenses of students in need, as these situations arise.
50% Investment: $12,500 p/a for 2 years
100% Investment: $25,000 p/a for 2 years
Year 7 & 8 Scholarships are awarded to new Year 7 students on the basis of academic, sporting, or cultural achievement.
50% Investment: $12,500 p/a for 5 years
100% Investment: $25,000 p/a for 5 years
Year 9 - 13 Scholarships are awarded to new Year 9 students on the basis of academic, sporting, or cultural achievement.
50% Investment: $12,500 p/a for 7 years
100% Investment: $25,000 p/a for 7 years
Year 7 - 13 Scholarships are awarded to new Year 7 students on the basis of academic, sporting, or cultural achievement.
Negotiable amount for 2, 5 or 7 years
Legacy Scholarships offer an opportunity to make a lasting difference by gifting estate funds for the purpose of supporting a student through their education. A Legacy Scholarship can be tailored to the individual circumstances and interests of the donor.
The Whitby Collegiate Foundation seeks sponsorship of prizes, goods, or services (e.g. AV services, beverages, vouchers etc) to enhance our fundraising initiatives and events. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to change lives through scholarships and bursaries and provide students with improved resources and opportunities.
